30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product, the quickest option is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
